2004-2005 was the great transformation year for the company. The Company got transformed from an
Engineering Contactor to an Engineering Company with its own State of art tower
manufacturing facility at Santej with the installed capacity of 48000 MTPA.

Further, extended the operations in MP and Maharashtra and closed with Rs.20 Crs.

In 2005-2006 the Company further extended its roots to UP and Bihar and closed with Rs.50 Crs.

IN 2006-2007; The Company entered Haryana/ Punjab, West Bengal ,HP, J&K and serving to 18 Telecom circles out of
23 circles in India and executed the order of export also in the same year closed with Rs.53.27 Crs.

2007-2008;Plant expansion, Automation added by CNC marchines, Diversified towards manufacturing of
Power Transmission and Substation structures. The Company has concluded the financial year with a turn over of Rs. 140.88 Crs.

2008-2009:Towards continues growth ARCHON has achieved a turnover of Rs.242.18 Crs.

Penetrating the Power Transmission sector, the Company has bagged an order for Rs. 180 Crores from M/s. UPPTCL and MSEB through M/s. Unitech Power Transmission Ltd. and an order for Rs. 75 Crores from M/s. Gujarat Energy Transmission Corp. Ltd. (GETCO). The Company has already achieved a turn over of Rs. 285 to 295 Crores as on end Feb’2010.

As on date there are about 150 tower manufacturers and we stand in top 5 suppliers in Telecom
Sector and shortly the company will achieve the same position in the field of Power
Transmission.
